Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on used or damaged items caused after delivery.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns must be approved before being sent.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement or refund).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must still be unused and in original condition.
